1. Force-Inhibiting collars... Are they discussed in the actual, Lucas-authorized books?

2. It is highly possible that there will be a series of one-shots for Between Space & Time dealing with Obi-Wan. It is also highly possible that it will be Obi-Wan/Jude pairing (which means that it will only be available in my journal).

3. I saw the Island last night and am even more in love with Ewan McGregor than I thought possible (how much input into that movie did he have, because from his characterization I think it was a lot).

4. I've been baby-sitting for free for my sister all weekend, that kind of sucks.

5. I have a part-time, temporarary job starting next Saturday at my Comic Book Store, it ends the weekend before I go to Orlando for the ELF-con where yes I did spend $70 in order to have my picture taken with Elijah Wood, I'm also going to be spending the $60 to have my picture taken with Sean Astin and most likely Billy Boyd as well. If Dom Monaghan signs for the con I might just have to pass out.

Next chapter of Between Space & Time tomorrow... it is another cliffhanger I'll just warn you now.

I'm not positive about actual collars, but Asajj Ventress does have a Force inhibiting bondage mask she uses on Obi-Wan. :x

So, yes, there are canonical Force inhibiting devices. I think a Sith bondage mask is imbued with intense dark side energy over a long period of time for a specific purpose -- but other objects could be imbued with intense dark side energy, too. (I'm not sure if there's a technological substitute for this.)

LOL, oops, the second time? I totally meant "Sith torture mask". Which is what it's really called. But I *failed* the typing.

.....but, come on, Lucasfilms! It's a bondage mask! She uses it for bondage! ^____^!!

*giggles insanely* Jude/Obi-Wan? ahahahhaa. This I gotta see.

Yes, the fact that Tom was Scottish and loved motorcycles kind of gave it away.
