Wow I adore Ryan as an Angel concept. I've only seen one episode of SPN, and everything else I know has been picked up from fic or random flaily on my flist, so IDK how canon-accurate, or Dean and Castiel etc are, but this was very cool.
Ryan as Raphael was awesome (though I admit I had guessed that was him the first time Castiel stumbled over his name), especially the whole tiers of Angels thing.
I'm not sure I totally understand the final battle (if all they had to do to end it was have God show up, why wait so long?) but I did love Ryan protecting the little kid, and him explaining to Dean his enlightenment and the way he interacted with the other angels. (Gabriel Michael and Raphael at the end = ♥ . OH BROTHERS)
this is nice and rambling now, I'm sure I'm repeating myself... definitely letting my friends know to check this out :-)
